The views from the rooms offer fine sunsets over the water. The spaciousness of the rooms allowed for comfortable movement, easier to unwind after a long day.
The room temperature regulation left much to be desired, with central heating making things overly warm. Even with a fan provided, it felt stifling at times. Located at the bottom of a hill, transporting luggage can be a workout, and I also found the bed in my room slightly lumpy-a surprising letdown given the overall cost. Breakfast fell short, lacking variety and quality that one might expect for the price. Issues with turn down service timing made things inconvenient.

The rooms were nicely furnished with a great view with comfortable beds. This accommodation had a central setting on the shore of Lake Geneva.

Enjoyed this pleasant accommodation with pleasant staff upon check-out. The location was marvellous - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel was just okay, with very loud air conditioning and no kettle in the room. I almost gave a good review, but had to pay for a superior suite that wasn't available! I expected better treatment as a guest, honestly. Such a disappointment for the price, and it's not even close to what's promised.

Our experience here was just perfect! Pleasant and perfectly clean hotel, the staff who served us were friendly, and it had marvellous location on the shore of Lake Geneva. Location: the venue was adjacent to from the train station, right on the Lake, and the banks. Stopped by Le Grand Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's minute walk from the venue, recommend.

great views but not very quiet
The lake view from my Superior Double Room was fine! The room itself was clean and well-appointed. I appreciated the easy access to local landmarks that added to my experience.
Traffic noise from the street between the hotel and the lake was a bit bothersome.

Reasonably clean property. Perfect, nicely furnished unit with a balcony and excellent views. Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location, minutes from restaurants and cafes. Set minutes from a train station in the fairly quiet area.

The super nice team, and breakfast had fresh fruit and good options. Convenient location for outdoor activities and sightseeing made it a perfect base for our adventures.
One downside was the lack of parking at the hotel, a bit tricky to find a spot nearby. Be prepared for parking fees if you bring a car.

The location, right on the shore of the lake, the staff, so helpful. The atmosphere which was welcoming and the beautiful beds, so comfortable. Feather light quilts and cotton sheets that felt like satin. You cant do better than to stay here.
The breakfast could have had more variety and fresh cheese rather than pre packed, but that really is a small complaint.
